NOW THAT YOU’VE BOOKED IN
Thanks so much for booking for this year’s event! We are so excited to have you with us. Please make sure you read this important information before the event. It’s also important you read our COVID-19 guidelines document which can be found here
BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME
Check that you have your confirmation email and tickets to hand. You will need these for admission to the site.
There will be limited outdoor seating so please remember to bring your picnic blankets, and chairs for the day. Also we would recommend you bring a water bottle (ONE Event Information will be selling some, just in case) and suncream/ umbrella (although we pray it won't be needed). Unfortunately we cannot allow any gazebos or other day tents in the main arena. Remember to bring a contactless payment method with you too!
There will be external Catering outlets but feel free to bring your own picnics.
Please complete your children’s registration form (4-10’s) online before you come to site this year, the only place on site this year where you can register children is the info desk. Click here to register your children
Please prepare for changes in weather conditions and bring waterproof’s and coats with you as well as suncream and sunhats!
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
The Lincolnshire Showground is 4 miles north of Lincoln on the A15, and we will be using the ‘Gate 3’ entrance off Tillbridge Lane (A1500). Please do not attempt to enter the site via any other Gate. The main programme will start at 10am, you can access the showground from 8:30am to queue, registration and car parking open from 9am and close at 8:15pm. The programme will conclude at 10pm and all delegates will be asked to vacate the site no later than 11pm.
Your booking confirmation email includes your event tickets. Please make sure you keep your confirmation email + tickets in a safe place ready to present when you arrive, you can show tickets digitally, all tickets can be presented up to your car window. If you forget or lose your tickets please proceed down the New Tickets lanes where the team will be able to locate your booking on our system, this may cause you considerable delay on the day! If you have received tickets for people who are not travelling with you, please distribute them before you leave home.
Once you have entered the site you will be directed to a booking in lane, Lane’s 1&2 are for New Tickets or those who don’t have their tickets available to be checked, Lane 3 for crew only and 4,5&6 are for pre-bookings.
Once checked in you will be directed where to park your car. If you require to park in the disabled car park please have your blue badge ready to show a car parking attendant and they will direct you to the car park. The rest of the site is pedestrian only.
A map of the site and programme will be available to view onsite, you can also view the map and programme in advance via our website.
AT THE EVENT
There will be on site caterers, toilet facilities including accessible and baby changing.
The main arena will have some limited general seating available but we would encourage everyone to bring their own picnic blankets and portable chairs.
The seated areas will include an area for the hard of hearing, including BSL sign language for the main sessions, hearing loop and space for wheelchair users.
There will be no smoking or vaping allowed within the Main Arena or within any of the venues onsite. Unfortunately we cannot allow any gazebos or other day tents in the main arena
Please help us keep the site clean and tidy by placing all your litter into the bins provided.
No bikes are permitted on site. Scooters, roller blades, roller skates and skate boards are not permitted in the Main Arena, Food Court or outside Children’s venues. No dogs (except guide dogs) or other animals are allowed on site, animals should not be left in vehicles in the car park.
Please supervise your children at all times, wristbands will be available from Children’s venues and the Info Point for you to write your mobile number on so we can contact you should you become separated.
There will be official photographers at ONE Event; delegates will be asked for their consent to feature in up close or photography that makes them identifiable. Non-identifiable photography, and photography that has been taken with the delegate's consent may feature in these images, which will be used for our promotional material, both printed and electronic, including the website.

Spot bag checks may take place around the site including within venues. Failure to comply with a bag check will result in you being denied entry or removed from the site.
One event uses a contracted security company for such checks and all officers have a current SIA license. 24hr Security Patrols and CCTV is also used on site for everyone’s safety. If you spot anything that concerns you while on site please report it immediately to the Info Point, Control Tower, or a member of staff.
