FAQs

We've have tried to answer all your questions below, if you still have a question about this years ONE Day Celebration then do get in touch with the office

What will the programme look like?

We’ve gone big for our 40 Year Celebration so we have a packed programme running throughout the day on our main stage including kids entertainment, main sessions, youth session, time for churches to hang out, and loads of opportunities to worship God together. Check out the programme page for more information and a running order for the day.

Will there be children's work?

Yes! We will be providing 3 Goo sessions for 4-10-year-olds where you can leave your children with our dedicated kids' team. For 0-4’s there will be 2 Tiny Treasures sessions with loads of fun activities for children to enjoy accompanied by a parent or carer. Outside the main sessions, there will be plenty of family activities for everyone to enjoy.

Will there be youth work?

We are hosting a main Yth.Revival session during the day on the main stage, there will also be plenty of on-site activities for young people to enjoy and hang out with their friends.

Will there be chairs in the main arena?

Currently, we are planning to provide some chairs in the main arena, however there will be plenty of space for those who wish to spread out a bit more or bring their own chairs or picnic blankets.

What are the COVID Restrictions going to be?

At the moment we are planning as if the final lifting of restrictions is going ahead and as such there would be no restrictions in place. However, we will be following all government guidance and will change our plans accordingly if things change nearer the time.

With the majority of this year's event being outdoors, there is a vast amount of space available should you wish to observe social distancing.

What time can I arrive, when do I have to leave?

The main programme will start at 10am. You can access the showground from 8:30am through Gate 3. Registration and car parking open from 9am and close at 8:15pm. The programme will conclude at 10pm and all delegates will be asked to vacate the site no later than 11pm.

Will the event be online?

We’re encouraging as many people as possible to join us in person for this event to get the full experience, however we are currently planning to stream the event for those unable to join us and will be confirming how this will be available in the coming weeks.

Is there camping?

Sadly, we won’t be providing any camping this year, but we would encourage you to stay at a local campsite or hotel.

Is there on-site catering? Can I bring a picnic?

Yes and yes! We will have a variety of catering outlets open for you to get main meals, snacks and treats throughout the day. You are also welcome to bring your own refreshments. Drinking water will be available from the taps outside the toilet blocks

Will there be an EXPO?

This year’s expo will be outdoor but will still host a great selection of organisations and traders.

What happens if it rains?

We are putting in place some wet weather plans, rest assured we won’t leave you outside in the rain for hours!
